It should be.  They need more private lap dance areas.  Went there once 2 years ago, never been back.

Everything is legal in Rhode Island... or at least they act like it is.

I only wish I knew about RI a little longer before they changed the law about it being legal indoors.

Where is Balloons? Club Desire in Providence is good. You have to fish a little to figure out which girls do extras and stuff but many do.  They have booths downstairs and a nice VIP club upstairs you have to join but it's not a bad deal. I had an amazing blow job there from a nice looking and young stripper.
