I need some helpful advice on getting verified. It's been a few years since I've seen someone, both here and in another city where I once  lived. Couple the lack of references with the fact that I work in an industry (not LE) that concerns providers I seem to have an issue with the verification process. This week, I e-mailed and talked back and forth with a very pleasant and attractive woman. But in the end, no recent references and the jitters over my job left me with no appointment. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

with everything going on here its got to be tough. Is there anyway to contact those you seen years ago and see them again? Or if they remember you ask them if they could be used as a reference.

Unfortunately, it's been more than 5 years.
The one person who I saw more than once regularly visited from another city and I believe has since retired. I actually initially had same reservations with her, but it all worked out. Guess that's why I'd see her again when she came back to town,
Now, it seems, especially because of Markoff, that it's undesrtandably more difficult.
I don't blame anyone. Safety is key.

More than one provider has told me she has police, even judges as clients.  Be polite and persistant and you will find someone to get you started.

I would agree - contact the ladies you have seen in the past and see if you can have them contacted for a reference. Since its been a while they might need some details to help refresh their memory.

Some ladies will see guy with older references. Some require something a little more recent.

If the job thing is an issue perhaps see if she will meet you in a public setting to have a drink or grab a bite to eat. An extended session with her that includes this might help make the both of you feel more at ease.
