I mean height, weight, bust, natural/implants,
eye color, hair color are all important, but I love the ANTICIPATION of an accent whether it be Russian, Irish, Australian, or Texan.  

Once, I saw a girl whose ethnicity was listed as X on her profile page and she wasn't X at all and had a pretty standard American accent. I even said to her, "You don't have an accent!?" I still had a great time, but I did feel like I missed a little something I was expecting.

(Don't get me wrong, I like my naughty American girls, but I sure love to taste different dialects of American and know where they are coming from).  If you grew up in North Carolina, you better tell me!

The lady's voice is what reaches me. If it is sensual without being affectedly sultry, a voice can be a turn-on in and of itself. And a role-play voice can be fun if it is believable: if the lady is in a dominant position, she could sound like a teacher or doctor, or both.
