Why don't you call them. That way you can provide any additional information if they need it.

wow all these licky split responses, I was denied, as she said I was lying...I was like WTF, I just gave you my info, now you say I am lying.  their loss!!

It does take a little effort. If you don't have references to provide. a P411 and TER handle might get you there, or you may need to provide work info. I did go back and forth with her in email, so make sure you're checking that if you're using a hobbying account. One piece of advise, be very polite and professional. It wont take you long to get blacklisted if you're pushy or rude.  

I got email response from Amber and after several rounds of emails, I found the problem was from my side. She did not receive any form from me, either submitting by cellphone or pc, which is very weird and never happened to her. Anyway, Amber is very patient and response to my email. I provide my information in email and hope she can accept that and make me through it.
