A blonde is standing in an elevator with a few other people when a man wearing a black suit steps on. It's evident that the man has dandruff problems, because it can be seen on the shoulders of his suit.

Two floors later the man gets off, and after door closes someone says, "Someone should really give that guy some Head & Shoulders."

The blonde then responds, "Yeah… Hey, how do you give shoulders?"

Okay, a blonde lady is speeding down the road when a trooper, who also happens to be a blonde, pulls her over.  The blonde trooper asks for the license and registration.  The blonde driver can't seem to find them, takes out her make up mirror and says "yep, that's me alright".  The trooper says "let me see that", looks at the mirror and says "why didn't you tell me you were a trooper--go on."

A penguin goes for a ride in his little penguin car. Suddenly there's a noise in his undercarriage so he quickly pulls into the closest service station and leaves his car with the mechanic. He walks across the street to the convenience store and buys a pint of vanilla ice cream. He sits on the curb and eats it. Being a penguin, he has only flippers to eat with and he gets the ice cream all over himself.

Some time later he goes back to the station and the mechanic says "Well it looks like you blew a seal". The penguin says "Oh, no, that's just a little ice cream".
