I need to lose roughly 50lbs. So for each 10lbs lost I get to see a new provider. If I hit my 50lb goal I get a duo for myself as a reward!!! No loss no FUN!!
I just might write my own weight loss book if it works out for me and then I'll be thinner and rich!!!!   Keep Me motivated ladies!!!!!

Think of taking everytime you go to eat. Cut that portion in half to make into 2 meals.
I count cum as the in between meal snack myself.

Loads of leafy greens, the darker the better.  Quinoa is a fantastic source of whole protein (the only one in the plant family).  

Also word on the street is that there's a good workout to be had in the bedroom.  Just saying ;)
