I suggest that you that you read the latest entry.  That will, I believe, tell you what you should, or should not, do.

I much prefer to e-mail first instead of calling her directly. E-mailling is a good way to break the ice as they say.

Most def not LE .. by her reviews AND lots of providers don't have email. Just like some providers choose not to post their number and are strictly email.
