this provider has no email ... is it ok/safe to call ... i've always just emailed first... she doesnt have many reviews and is quite new....

yes, i feel exactly like the above .. I just feel email is a good ice breaker....that is why i find it strange that she only lists a phone number... it wouldn't be LE right?

Most def not LE .. by her reviews AND lots of providers don't have email. Just like some providers choose not to post their number and are strictly email.
