As far as whether to do anything about it or not, that is up to her.  What ever makes her feel sexier is a good thing, but to this hobbyist, I've never met a gal whom I felt needed any surgery.  It's the attitude that makes a gal sexy, and as long as she has that quality, I see gals of all shapes, sizes and peculularites.
