I don't see a link to her reviews on TER.  She is PROBABLY legit although her rates seem a bit too good to be true (I don't know Boston's market (pun intended) though)).  IF I was going to go see her I would have hard-copy prints of the ads stashed just in case and I needed a chip to play to get the charges dismissed/reduced.  
Oh yeah... if it isn't HER that answers the door, RUN.

If you're not a cop, then take this as a suggestion to visit the newbie board for help before you dance.

Three thoughts come to mind:

First, if you are a newbie, leave TOFTT (taking one for the team) to experienced hobbyists.  Until your senses are fine tuned to dangerous situations, this will make you jail fodder.  

Second, the best place to make these kinds of inquiries is the provider's local board, in this case Boston.

Finally, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't.  A gorgeous young gal with anal for $200?  Ain't too likely.  Most likely this is a ROB and possibly a LE sting.
