I really don't know, but perhaps it is because she no longer has a web site?

TER has an odd rule that only providers with web sites can be reviewed.

Perhaps she has a situation in her life right now and does not want the world to see her for the moment.  I have never seen Nicholette, but have wanted to for some time.  When a provider needs a little space, let's give it to them. RESPECT!!!!!!  -Tom
