Wondering about these guys, I have had nothing but positive experiences, I had one sort of bad experience with one provider, they put her in a 2 star hotel, no AC on a hot day (she didn't like the register style and said full of bacteria), so I graded a average experience.  Shortly thereafter got blackballed it would appear and have gotten no explanation at all.  Please let me know if anyone else had this experience.  Can't get anyone on the phone, too bad, as I liked the agency a lot...

That's an agency that I'd "blackball" as well. Did you notice the amount of personal info they try to get from their clients?

They don't tolerate negative feedback.  I have heard of others being banned from using their service for writing a less than complimentary review. Irregardless of its veracity.

Well, at least I got my answer in this thread, what I couldn't get in contacting the company - I did indeed get blackballed for posting a negative review.   I do take issue with the characterization that the review was due to be shut out of TOFTT rate, I don't think I've ever gotten that rate.  I simply had a bad experience,  and though most was environmental, some was due to the particular provider.  I reread my review and it was probably more harsh than I meant it to be, but the facts were the experience was not on par -and I have posted excellent reviews of other providers from this agency.

I will say in this hobby when I see 10/10 and 9/9 across the board I am skeptical a bit, I usually read the review from the lower graded ones first - to see what was wrong and what could be "worst case scenario".   I think in this particular instance it was a bad day, I don't think the provider wanted to be there and went through the motions, I probably should have left but I didn't.

I posted to get to the bottom of it, and I did, not to get into a point/counterpoint type discussion as this has.  I wish CG nothing but the best and I do think they do take the client information protection seriously,  I think a better response however would have been to reach out to the client and try to find out improve, etc. rather than discount the client's review as some product of collusion, backchannel, or wish to gain favors. Best of luck to all and thank you for responding.

I remember looking into your agency and it said your reviews must be an 8.0 average or higher so they want to make sure that they hold the girls and guys both responsible for those numbers I imagine.

As explained here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legionnaires'_disease

I don't think you should write down a review because of something like location or AC. That's like being somewhat of a crybaby. But your thread caught my attention since the black list happened to me too, after which the agency always responds calls with a "the person couldnt be contacted..." and no longer respond to your email requests.

In my case this happened because the provider pics didn't match reality. I didn't know that it was possible to cancel on the spot, and also all of my other reviews of CG were stellar, up to that one. I didn't think the agency would take it personally. Now with that said, Mike could you please unblack list me? From now on you'll only get 7 to 10 but no 6 I promise :)

There are only two topics that are discussed on the boards about City Girls here at TER:

- Our Strict Screening

- Our Blacklist

Both topics overlap. We make every effort to distance ourselves from negative people. To CG, negative people are those who feign ‘credible reviews’; post adverse reviews as ‘payback’ for something or someone unrelated to the provider experience; seem to have only bad experiences with providers; have a track record of posting their highest reviews with a max 7 rating.

When a provider receives a review lower than 8, her future business is adversely impacted. (That's how the TER rating system works and there is nothing we can do about it.) Consequently, we developed a system that avoids two types of reviewers:

Those with a notorious history of bad experiences

Reviewers who begged the provider for a discount that when subsequently denied posted a negative review of an otherwise innocent lady.

Even one adverse review can cause cancellation of a provider’s impending tour. It happened before when a perfectly rated provider was stopped before she could start because her first review received a 7 rating. I talked to the lady to discover the problem. She explained that the client wanted her personal contact information because liked her a lot, even offered to get married and she declined. She was shocked when I told her that his review rating of her was so low. This is just one example of a reviewer-harasser.

I personally investigate every review. Don't think that every low rating review gets blacklisted. Sometimes such reviews aid us in realizing if we should continue with a particular provider in our club. If you conduct a search you will find that some reviewers who have posted low rating reviews continue on as City Girls members. We are always fair and if there is ever any misunderstanding, I personally evaluate my decision for a possible change.

If a review is fake I contact TER for it to be removed. I have proven many, many times that reviews were fake and they were removed. If it turns out to be accurate, I will wait for the next review. If it speaks the same we stop working with that girl. If subsequent reviews speak differentl,(as in positive), then the person who left a negative review gets blacklisted (the problem is not with her, but more likely with him). This is a very simple system and I think it's fair. It's sad that there are a lot of hobbyists who like to use their "power of being a well-known reviewer" and try to get that "special attention" by threatening to leave a bad review (or actually leaving it). I am tired of those guys and don't want to hear anything from them anymore especially booking with them again in the future.

Another detail that I look for in the review - what causes me to blacklist a person - is the way he writes a review. When a reviewer uses foul language, profanity or disrespectful comments about a provider, he gets blacklisted. We practice a zero tolerance policy with regard to such behavior. He also gets blacklisted if he was disrespectful with any of the call center's personnel or a girl during the meeting.

No one ever gets black listed for doing nothing. There is always a reason. If someone thinks it was a mistake, send me a PM. I will review it and make a final decision.

We are always trying to do the best that we can, in order to make your experience memorable and only in positive way. And we always give that "special attention" to our VIP members who really deserve it, for having good qualities like: punctual, respectful, with good manners and good hygiene. We just finished a new VIP section, that is much more secure and more fun, than previous one. VIPs will receive an email update when is ready to use(today/tomorrow will be ready)
