My thoughts on incall residence vs hotel

With all this talk of the danger of both, I would like to share some info and my thoughts with all of you.

In my opinion any lady working from home is in way more danger than a lady working from a hotel and here is why.

1.You are working in a hotel and the maids or staff notice a lot of activity going on. Most likely they will ask you to leave before calling LE as they would rather not have that kind of  negative attention brought to the hotel. If they do call LE, in most cases they will also just knock on your door and ask you to leave. If they take the time to figure out who you are, set up an appointment and take it from there, you have been at the same hotel way too long as that type of sting takes a while to set up. They know you will probably be gone by the time they get the whole thing set up so most of the time they don't bother.

2. Working from home is a whole another story. If a neighbor makes a complaint, the local police will take the time to stake out you residence as they know the chances of you being there and working for the few days they watch are going to result in an arrest.

3. The most dangerous thing about working from home is that your clients now know where you live. You piss one of them off and chances are you will get into unwanted trouble. They could potentially stalk you and cause problems with your friends and family. They could just drop by whenever they feel like it and not respect the boundaries. They could also drop a dime. Make it easy for local LE by giving them your website, phone number and address.

4. If you get arrested at a hotel it will make the paper but probably not the front page. If you live in a different city or out of state the chances of your friends and family seeing it in print are slim to none. If it happens where you live in a small town it is a bigger story and it could end up on the front page and most likely people will see it.

5. Now this is the biggest difference. If you get arrested in a hotel, as long as you have no drugs, guns or other illegal things there with you, it is a misdemeanor. No jail time. A fine, a record, etc. but no jail time unless you have other charges. You get arrested in your home they can tack on a bunch of other charges that do  carry jail time. Running a business from your home, if you have children living with you, child endangerment, if you have a husband or SO living with you, they could be charged with deriving support from prostitution. LE can if they so choose to confiscate every possession you have in the home and say it was got by illegal gains, including your car. They can put them up for auction and not allow you to attend so you can kiss all your stuff goodbye. If you own your house they can also take that. Most of the time they don't but they can if they choose to. If you rent, you will most likely be evicted and your security deposit will be forfeited.

If you are in a hotel, they can take your phone and lap top but that is it. You will still have a place to live and all your stuff.

So in closing I personally think the risks of working from home out weigh the risks of hotel Incall.

.. and new, but screened, clients at a hotel on other days..?? I know several girls who do this and it seems to work really well for them!! It's like in the movie Meet The Parents, when Robert De Niro's character talks about the "Circle of Trust"... This method seems to save on costs and also minimize the hassles associated with hotels- checking in and out constantly, nosy employees, too few towels etc etc.. If you have known some clients for many YEARS and they have also seen a bunch of your friends- all without incident... then they are inside the "Circle.." Everyone else has a "trial period" before being invited in..

Everyone feel free to chime in on the pros and cons of this idea..

Ps. Jill- Thanks for being nice to me the other day when I accidentially called YOU because the wrong number was listed on a girl's profile.. ;)

Personally,
I wouldnt feel safe having clients know where I live but that is just me. I also think the consiquences are too great if god forbid you do get caught.

Even established customers can turn in to obsessed stalkers.  I have to agree with Jill. A static in call is a bad idea any way you look at it.  This includes staying at the same hotel too often or too long as well as renting a space.

No matter how hard you try... most activities are tracked. You can get a throw away phone but eventually you might slip and that's all it takes.

In this age of digital technology, it's rather difficult not to be discovered. It might take a while but eventually it all catches up.

So if this hobby is the worst of our sins, vices and habits - the worlds a much better place.

There are others that are killing, stealing and bringing our society to our knees. That's where LE should be focusing.
