there are plenty of Ladies who can meet your needs to a degree but since Braintree Dedham Norwood and such are all less than 30 minutes from you, thats a good direction to head in also.
Being a newbie I doubt anyone is going to pop on up and say "I'm here" but if you can be verified and look around in areas close to you, well there are plenty of options. One in your backyard, maybe not but just up the road a ways definately!

Have been to Pvd for the amp tour with some success but would like a little bit more laid back regular type of routine.Is my best bet a agency for the 1st time then using this as a  reference?
