It's just a way to maybe get a feel for which providers prefer to fuck and which prefer to suck.
Depending on what kind of mood you're in, that can make a big difference in selecting a companion.

For instance, I now know a few ladies that are more orally inclined.  If I am in the mood for a french session, I will know who to call.  I have learned that Mara likes a mouthful, and Kassidy likes irrumatio. (Although that could bear some clarification as she is clearly built for more than one variety.  Are we talking classic roman definition?)
