Boy, the cops sure treated this guy a lot differently than they did that CL girl from a few weeks ago who was arrested after a john stole her laptop:

"Keeping the businessman's identity hidden, Dowden added, would encourage victims of similar blackmail threats to come forward, "even in circumstances where the extortion victim himself has engaged in inappropriate (and even illegal) behavior."

(I believe a one paragraph quote from a periodical is OK as far as the new copyright laws go.)

the more we think about it philosophically the more we realize how useless screening is.

Women have a highly sophisticated instinct and they should use it instead of demanding personal information.

It would have been better if this businessman stayed with his wife had another baby and took a cold shower and avoid hobbying. His troubles are not over yet.

Speak for yourself AR. Screening keeps BOTH parties safe.  If you don't want to submit to it that's your business.  Their are plenty of women out there who will see you.  There are also plenty that will not.

My question is what agency did she work for??
I'll avoid them at all cost.

agree...he has struck me as a lose cannon also.
Too busy standing on that soap box screaming his rediculous opinions about why Not to screen.
I won't see him. My "instincts" tell me not to bother.

I laugh every time he posts and am sorely tempted to start referring to Jill as "my princess" when I chat with her on the phone.

Nothing wrong with that : ).

I totally agree. I think the guy's a nut, but he's pretty funny. Hopefully he remains a harmless nut and not a mr.r type.

I thought about calling Jill "my princess" too, but I'm afraid she'll bite my head off.

As long as he reviews or mentions his favorite ladies he's seen, then I'll know who to avoid.

that have the State LE handle.  The guy also knew what atty to hire  to make sure it was handled without publicly disclosing his identity.

If the Feds thought it was such a serious matter, why give the lady such a slap on the wrist.  It was all about protecting this guy's identity.

The whole thing stinks.  If you didn't think that there was a double standard, just look at the handling of this case.  Very unusual.  My guess is that the guy is a former politician (is there such a thing?).

As to the rationale, ""Keeping the businessman's identity hidden would encourage victims of similar blackmail threats to come forward, even in circumstances where the extortion victim himself has engaged in inappropriate (and even illegal) behavior."

My guess, is that the fact that he isn't being charged with the illegal activity would be sufficient incentive for people in that situation!!!

It would not be upheld on appeal.  IMHO

What agency did this provider work for, if anyone knows??

The girl worked for an agency that has an ad in the Boston Yellow pages. The services that have yellow page ads usually do not have websites and are  almost always sketchy.

At least, that is what was stated in the Globe on Tuesday. Did not mention an agency.

It said in the paper that he called her from a yelllowpages ad. If the girl worked at any of the reputable TER listed services, the service would have put a stop to it, before it got that far.

As for knowing that yellow page services are sketchy, I have been around a long time and don't forget I was a provider before we had TER and the internet and at one time probably worked for that service as I worked for a lot of sketchy services that had ads in the phonebook.

Besides "the Princess" knows all  (except the exact service the girl worked for lol)

But I think part of the protection was to keep it out of the state's hands.  I think he and his primary attorney before he got to the feds was that it would be public way to fast in the state.

I also agree that a plaintiff should have protection from all but the defendants if that helps bring a case.  It is only for our prying eyes and the Globe's prurient interest that we want to follow the case.

However, I do agree that the wealthy get a better crack at those philosophies.

And I don't write many reviews on the good ones. Why share the good stuff with others. Confuse them, subvert them, LOL! Ambush them when they least expect it. LOL! Just kidding.

I spoke for all of you here. I know you are all too shy to speak your heart and face the vitriol and mockery so I have taken upon myself the noble task of a screen free hobby world.

A world in which we meet, we fuck, we leave. No screening, no hassles.
