Was hoping for any suggestions for essentially a first time in the hobby.  Running into the issue of needing a reference with agencies and such, any recommendations for a no-reference provider with reviews here would be greatly appreciated.  Would hope to use the provider as a reference in the future.  

Have been searching around as well, but it can be hard to tell if a provider requires references.  Any help is welcome and thanks.

Sign up for date-check...  It's a small price to pay for security for *both* sides of the equation.
