Great pictures. Didn't get any hits on tineye but I'd say she's likely fake. Googling the number turned up an ad in NY with different name and pics. The ad's been deleted but the cached version is linked below.

Sorry EC, too many red flags.  An e-mail to the address on her post was returned as undeliverable, and her supposed location on Google is in a residential area.  Together with the lack of reviews, that makes strike three.  Oh well.

I found two results on tineye using their plug-in which is similar to the TER plug-in. You right click over the picture and choose "search on tineye."
