I've never worked in Boston before and came across a thread a couple days ago discussing the Boston PD and Facebook. My screening is pretty stringent these days, but am now a little concerned. Any insight or advice would be very much appreciated.

I actually don't think it's any different than it was before. There have always been busts, there are always press conferences. It seems like more of the same to me.

so a general heightened sense of awareness and caution in screening is called for.

That said, i haven't heard of any specific areas or hotels in Boston that are worse than another.

However, stay away from the towns north of Boston, especially Woburn.   They have been fanatics about escorts at hotels for years now.

I would think the nicer suburbs along Rtes 128,  93 and in Metro-west would be riskier than the cities.
