So if I arrive early at what point is it ok to ask to come up.

I've been ok'd early and....

had to set in the parking lot other times. I pretty much plan my incall visits so that I arrive right on time.

Why would that be acceptable?

You book for a certain time it's best to be there at that time.  You don't want to be lurking in the parking lot or in the lobby of her in call.  I do mostly out call now and the timing is a bit loose with my regs but, when I was seeing agency girls for in call, the last thing they wanted was guys showing up early.

There are some practicalities in the hobby that make it safer for everyone involved.  Punctuality is one of them.

Understood but my absolute biggest fear besides staying over my time is arriving late.  

With traffic in Boston, I tend to leave early as to NEVER be late.  

I try to get an early start in the parking lot by whacking my dick but sometimes I get funny looks.
