I had a double scheduled tomorrow... came down with a cold today.. had to cancel it.. I have been looking forward to it so damn much and I'm not  happy about it at all.. but it was the right thing for everyone..

Colds suck. I've had sinus issues my whole life and the one thing that gives me consistent relief is daily nasal irrigation. It sounds disgusting--because it is. You pour water through one nostril and it comes out the other. But if you start using it every day, your nose will be clean and you'll break super easy. I use an actual mechanical device that pushes pulsating water through your nostril, with a mix of neti pot salt and a few drops of Alkalol. At first it was a huge to-do but it's something I couldn't live without. You'll be amazed at the amount of mucus that gets stuck up there.
