I couldn't agree more with regard to point 3, about the photos.  The more "casual" the pic, the more truly representative, in my opinion.  I don't want any glamor shots or pseudo-porn.  Soft lights, makeup, distorted angles, etc., are cheating.  And while I totally understand a girl's desire to preserve her anonymity, I skip right past anyone whose face is blotted or hidden.  And yeah, with regard to weight/shape, there's nothing more of a tipoff to hear someone described as "cury" or "rubenesque," etc.

it only makes sense that they would present the product or service in the best possible light. Whether I'm purchasing a service or an item be it a necktie or a house full of replacement windows, I take it for granted that only about half of what I see/hear in the sales presentation is true. In a perfect world we might expect more but...

It is your right to choose providers via any process you want.  But eliminating any provider who chooses not to show her face will cause you to miss some very beautiful and interesting women.  Any woman who must keep her occupation hidden from friends and family would be a fool to show her face clearly in pictures that are distributed or posted on the internet.  

I can't think of a single local independent whom I've seen who shows her face clearly...  Wow!  And you're not willing to see a single one of them?  You're missing out on a lot of fun!

Yes, you're probably right, but I'm not wealthy enough to indulge in this very often. So, when I do, I make certain it's just what I'm looking for.  The only way to be absolutely sure is to see an honest pic beforehand.  I realize the complications of any girl showing her face.  But some obviously do, and so I stick with those.  I accept that I'm missing out, but I don't have the resources to hit/miss my way around!
