Ok so, at the beginning of my sessions - I will always politely suggest a shower to those coming to see me. If the gentleman says he has already showered, I kindly ask him if he minds just washing his hands before we get started.  
The problem is.. I have now had two awkward situations finding out the man was dishonest about showering. Without getting into too much detail - it made me uncomfortable and changed the vibe a bit.  

BO is caused by microbes (normal skin flora) on your skin eating your sweat and giving off their waste products as odorants.  Almost all animals have this.

and you should be able to ask a man to do do for you to be comfortable with him. I definitely want you comfortable with me.

Pineapples .

I always take a shower before going over so I don't have to take it once I'm there. For me, walking in and having an object of my desires directing me to the shower instead of planting a powerful DFK on my lips is a mood killer. If she still insists I doubt I'd be seeing her again. I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking this way.  

For me, I usually shower beforehand so I can maximize my time with the provider. If you're not a clockwatcher and don't mind going over an extra 10 minutes or so (the shower time), then you should indicate this to the client. Even better, get in the shower with them and wash them up yourself like the k-girls do!

I usually figure I'm OK.. no complaints.. but it's not like a shower when I get to a provider is much more than a few minutes..  
a turn off for me are towels there wet from the guy before me in the bathroom..  
It doesn't take much to be sure you are OK.. I err on the side of caution

I try to drink plenty ... maybe we'll share pineapple juice sometime

with a naked woman you're longing to have on the other side of the door, you must be playing with yourself. Lather your balls and ass Crack and be done with it ... 2 minutes ... who needs to dry off?

I have not yet run into a hygiene problem yet (thank goodness!!!) but would a shower together still be a turn-off?  What about if the provider wore a shower-cap and did not wish to ruin her makeup by getting her head/face wet?  I think a shower together would be totally hot, but a lot of preparation goes into getting dolled-up for a date.  Just wanting to know how many men out there is this a turn-off or turn-on for...

you go down on a gal and silently say WTF. I think every guy should at the very least partake in a bird bath upon arrival. At least with me your freshness will make me linger right where you want me to. Isn't that worth a 5 minute shower? While I can appreciate that some folks do literally shower right before they get in the car. You are smart enough to crank the a/c and you arrive at my love nest smelling great and all is well in love land. I have also been in Viv's predicament and the experience was a stinktastrophe. So, how are we to know....especially in the warmer months? IMO it is just a simple courtesy. And if washing up is a turn off, then you have to be ok with less oral delight

It wasn't a BO problem.. See, sweat I am not too skiddish of. It was the fact he had left evidence he used the bathroom..

I recently visited a girl who had bad breath and bo not terrible but it was there. I'm sure she wasnt aware of it but i sure was and because of this you would have had to put a gun to my head for me to go down on her. I dont see how you could expect a girl to really get into it if she isnt to sure about your hygene. Even if your sure your good and she hints at a shower take it the guy before might have been a mess she will probably give you a way better experience if she has peace of mind

Asking someone to shower once they arrive shouldn't be offensive to anyone.  What is offensive is someone being dishonest.  It works both ways since we're expecting our date to be clean, we should be too.  Even if I've showered prior to going to an appointment I always shower again once I'm there.

and if you're willing to join in with him, so much the better.

Well, that's it. If the whole thing takes place in the shower or even better in the bathtub, that's one thing. Although hotel showers/bathtubs usually are not all that comfortable.  
It's like on a real date, the entry is half of success. The rest is usually just a continuation of the entry. For me seeing her wearing a shower cup would definitely be a let down but for somebody else it might not be.  

And I really don't understand why someone would have a problem with it here, honestly. But I suppose everyone has their thing. Most of my gents will at least freshen up before engaging, which I very much appreciate.
