While discounts for reviews are considered review fraud and prohibited many providers encourage the review process by offering VIP members or those with White List referrals reviews which is within bounds.
...a simple discount for TER members as a way to attract (somewhat) known hobbyists who could be verified more easily (thru reviews and whitelist) than unknown hobbyists. Or am I being naïve?
