I've heard quite a few (mostly funny) stories about triggering closer inspections when those "companions" attract the attention of the TSA agents.  International travelers entering the US were usually more concerned than the domestic girls.  I think they were more worried about ending up int'l watch lists or having to explain why they were entering the country every few weeks or months with sexy paraphernalia

I've traveled with mine without any issues, but a young woman sitting by me on Amtrak once opened her travel bag , and the " battery operated magic wand " turned itself on . It was very loud. Everyone on the train was wondering where the noise came from.  
I looked at her and smiled!  
 

But did she smile back?

She did not!  
I could have made a friend ! LOL

The *second* best thing about the Hitachi Magic Wand is that after a long hard workout, it's also very good for massaging the neck, shoulders and back  

A wonderful client gifted me one and I use it often alone. I've pulled it out a couple times during sessions but I typically don't need to pull out any toys for myself during a meeting.  

It's the only toy that can always make me squirt!

My favorite toy!  Sleeve attachments for the boys too!
