Can someone explain the difference for me? Does GFE add DFK and BBBJ?

My understanding is GFE has DFK, BBBJ, and a more softer, tender atmosphere. (PSE is going at it hammers and tongs?) But of course all of this depends on the provider's style and temperament as well as your connection with her. In my experience, if you shower beforehand and see the provider enough times, every girl is eventually a GFE.

Back in my California days, I had an ATF and I was a total lapdog. I was new to this and she was amazing. We became good friends and our client/provider relationship fell down a familiar path of lending money and doing her favors that weren't returned. For a while there, I had the most authentic GFE experience ever--she took my money and bitched at me at all hours of the day and night but she didn't fuck me.
