Where is the best location to watch the Fireworks in Boston?

Is from a hotel room on the north side of the north tower of the Sheraton Hotel on Dalton St.  No crowds a perfect view of the river and the fireworks.

Great view, you can hear the music, and there are not 500,000+ in your way when it is all over.

Usually early evening.

Many years ago I worked on the loading ramp at Logan and got to see the fireworks from there one summer. Not that you could get to that location, just sayin it was a cool place to see it
