I know weight is a sensitive subject but I don't know why we can't talk about it

I think I read that USA has highest rate of obesity and that includes children being in that percentage. It has to be uncomfortable being so overweight and bad for the health. Why is everyone so defensive about weight conversations here? As they say there's a kind of women every man likes. I don't think we should say cruel things about weight but I don't see why it can't be talked about.

When I see a picture like this I just can't understand how someone can allow themselves to get this big. It must really hurt their back and knees and I just dont know how they can do anything comfortably.

Just what I wanted to see before dinner, thanks.

I'm eating my dinner too. I think it inspired me to forget pasta and parmesian tonight and just go with a big bowl of steamed vegetables.

Let's face it, there are always going to a be fatties trying to sell their bovine asses. They have every right to try to get some sap to pay for it. The guys that are so low self esteem to have to pay for morbidly obese cattle need therapy. The guys that pay for fat shit are sick indeed.

You are slinging your mud (below) at the worng person.
Perhaps you should check yourself and take up that collection for yourself. You need it more then he does.

Just the thought that you searched to find this photo is pretty is F-UP.

And who says bromance is dead?

Silly thread has nothing to do with fucking or sucking.  Let's talk about morbid obesity on forums where we should.  Like Calorie-Count or something.

He is pathetically easy to spot. The original poster wasn't nearly crass, disgusting, vile, insulting, or rude enough to pass for Fuzzy.

I am just having fun and I will not take back what I said because the money collected from all the ladies could be used to pay for a year of TER's web hosting LOL.

If it indeed it was someone else who was being crude we have more sickos out here than I originally thought.

These haters need to act like human beings, and get out and enjoy the weather before the rain comes later this week.

So what if some guy likes BBW's.  I'm chubby but my snatch is tight so take your pick as there is no perfection. You might want to put a bag on my head but you won't have to tie a 2x4 across your ass so you don't fall in. ;)

Seriously, there are some gourgeous women and some hot guys as well, but we all deserve to have fun.  I compare the attitudes of these crude men to those in the south who have treated African Americans like dirt.  Wake up, we're pass all this bullshit.

We all get opinionated at times, and even like to poke fun even when it stings, but outright crudness is not necessary.

Have a fun week everyone.

Kate

Doubt that-I have a real job and support my family thank you.

I am just saying that it HAS GOT to be incredibly uncomfortable to be that overweight. I have an aunt who had to have 4 knee surgeries because of all the weight she carries. She always complains of her back hurting. When she goes on a vacation she has to buy two airplane seat tickets because she can't fit in one seat. I have never understood why she stays overweight. She cooks cakes and cookies and everything has a cheesy or sour cream dip. Her husband hasn't touched her sexually in over 15 years. They sleep in two different beds. You may get defensive over my post, but it is something that concerns me. Cant we talk about some subjects without people taking it personally or getting defensive?

Weight seems to be a straightforward equation. Eat fewer calories than required to support your current weight and the weight gets converted to energy.

But it isn't that simple.

I am not sure how valid these assertions are, but I have had obese people tell me about food addiction. Others gain weight as some form of security. I'm sure there are physical mechanisms in place from our evolution that encourage storage during times of abundance in preparation for lean times.

I think that once eating patterns develop, they are hard to change. Not impossible, but hard. The diet industry is a multi-billion industry, yet we have more obesity than ever.

If I were to blame anything, though, it would be sedentary lifestyles.

But, yeah, I think obesity is a serious health issue for some people; and I also think it diminishes sexual attractiveness in some (not all) cases.

for instance, if you have low (chemical name), you will crave sugar.

the fact that you guys think that these people do it on purpose is weird.  why would they do that ?

i'm sure a simple google search on obesity will tell you everything you always wanted to know and might even point you to a forum where there are obese people for you to interview.

this board is so obsessed with fat women, it makes me want to go get a juicy hamburger just so i can get some attention too.

Do you remember when nobody was "allowed" to talk about sex? It is kind of like that. . . People are too afraid of stating the obvi. and offending someone. The truth is; some are genetically predisposed to those genes; the other truth is we live in a disgusting world that dinner is supposed to be from thought to mouth in under 4 minutes. Instant gratification is easier than putting in the work. That goes with many other things too. . Although, if we lived in China, walked/biked everywhere, ate a bowl of rice with fish and bok choy we wouldnt have this problem. . .

I dont think we shouldnt talk about an issue that is rampid in our country even though most are thinking about it. Go to people of walmart.com *actually quite amusing* and tell me how many are not overweight. It is an issue and needs to be discussed.

Now, is this topic relevant to this board? Only if discussing seeing an obese provider although to each his own. . that's what makes TER special, we dont have the same model woman and some people like what they like even if we dont understand it.

Have a nice day :)

Because being overweight can affect everything from neurotransmitters and hormone levels to proportions of various forms of cholesterol ... it can have a really profound effect on sexual desire and even sexual ability/performance.

And that doesn't even get into the psychological effects of diminished self-esteem that can adversely affect some folks if they are prone to compare themselves to Madison Avenue ideals.

Because being substantially overweight is unhealthy, and adversely affects sexual health, I think this topic overall is worth exploring on this board. Sensitively, of course.

Because of the importance of overall health to sexual health; I personally would like to see a lot more information sharing about diet, exercise and health.

And not just for providers. :-)

Last time I checked, I'm as fallible as anyone else.

Maybe not as *desireable* -- but certainly as *fallible*. LOL

For whatever reason, some of you are so intent on slamming someone else for whatever perceived wrongs of the past, that you are ready to jump in with eyes wide shut and shoot blanks from the hip.

It also looks like some sort of APB was sent out because we've got quite a few interstate responders. LOL

Go get laid people.  Oh, and lighten up a little for fuck's sake.

Being able to laugh at people's presumptive guess work is a small perk but a good one!

I dont understand how anyone can have the time to scour the internet for these pictures, and post them using aliases.
Must be an unemployed drunk....

If I read it correctly, the intent of the original poster in this case is to maybe open up the third-rail topic of helping people be healthier.

I can't be 100% certain, but if I were to guess, I'd say the OP is actually female.

But I know this is a third-rail topic because too many people have tried to bash too many other people for very little.

What I think is that certain providers should simply give me a level of physical activity sufficient to keep me svelte. Especially in the winter when the organic farm isn't keeping me physical. LOL

So you need physical activity do ya?
Well...I can give you LOTS of it :)
