or just avoid sausage and get steak chicken or fish. you shouldnt eat anything with more than 250 mg sodium per serving. and check out fat /to sat fat ratio at super market, in comparason to equivalent amount of steak, chicken, or fresh water fish. theres a good vegan sausage italian style by light life near the salad and refrigerated salad dressings at stop n shop. if you fry it in tiny bit oil and get the pepper n onion its close to real thing n a tad better for you. but hey i am one to talk, i obviuosly havent been taking my own advice, i blew up like a tac past year. luckily my tits are ginormous now n i dont need a boob job any more. i think i can handle the xtra weight when it entails havn huge juggs. i also am happier when i am not starving. little bit of carbs can work wonder for your attitude and over all mood. for me any how. i am more relaxed now.
