I'm curious if any providers have run across clients that require more delicate handling. I'm pretty sure most enjoy raw, animal, passionate, no holds barred, ceiling staining, muscle pulling all around engergetic activity but what if a client requires an easy touch?
For example maybe he recently had a hernia operation and needs to be treated with kid gloves. Does this happen often? Would most providers say "call me when your ready for the rough stuff" or "come on over, I'll treat you like my patient".  
I guess there are other factors to consider, pain medication for one, isn't really conducive to "rockin the house" but in general which appeals more to providers nurturing or telling a client "call me when your heart can handle it"?

I find that I can get a good reading on someone and what they want/need within the first 5 minutes.  Not everyone want that porn star...

But perhaps I'm getting mixed up on what a girlfriend experience really is.  Shouldn't it be a true girlfriend, who can be gentle and loving to you in your weak state?  I think so.

As far as a hernia surgery goes, there is the health concern and liability.  I believe that's the main concern for us.  If we open a stitch or if you're doing something against your doctors' orders (no vigorous activity for 6 weeks) then we are just as responsible as you for making sure that you're ok.  

I think the important thing would be discussing any health concerns with your provider and assessing her comfort level.  As always, comfort levels will vary.

It is absolutely alright to let your lady friend or potential lady friend know you need some TLC. Not all ladies are going to expect you to go through the paces. Sometimes treating a gent with care, being tender, sensual, going slow and being mindful of say a recent surgery is a-okay. Whatever you do take care of yourself and treat yourself and don't push it.  
Just make sure she knows you are still recovering and has the patience and care to give you the experience you desire without sending you to the ER.  

Barring any open sutures or wounds that haven't healed if you are more than 14 days post op and have been cleared by your physician to resume moderate -normal activity levels as tolerated than do so only as tolerated. If you still need pain medication then I wouldn't think you'd tolerate activity well.

Finding a lady that will give you TLC isn't that hard. That being said, not sure it's a great idea at the moment. I had hernia surgery last month and believe me, I'm still not ready to have fun, no matter how gentle. Take your time getting healthy and then select a nice GFE lady if that's your pleasure. You will enjoy yourself when the time is right.

I have a good friend who is very intrigued by my activities here.. He has been into AMP's fora long time, but the two of us had rung up some good 4 figure bills in strip clubs..

He is a type 1 diabetic and has been one forat least 30 years..He has an insulin pump and has tubes running onto his stomach.. He has aske dme if I can arrange to bring him along when I meet a "friend" & if she has a friend that he can meet. I know (because he has told me) that drugs like Viagra and Levitra don't do it for him anymore and he has to inject his penis (oww, oww oww !) to be prepared for activiyt..
He's a good friend and I have thought about his idea, but I have been very reluctant to "impose" him on any of the girls I see and on their friends.. Frankly, just because I'm an old fashioned guy, I would just as soon he see someone I don't see with regularity.. That's just me without any level of rational thought.. Give me my fantasies.. please..  
But the question is, how would some of you react to seeing a guy come in wiith tubes in his belly from an insulin pump and his reality of an injection (whatever that is) to get it up..

An insulin pump really isn't frightening or invasive to look at. There aren't really a bunch of tubes. It's rather discreet actually and pretty cool for those that need them. As far as the injection goes, that is up to the individual lady. I'm sure he won't be the first she has seen to need some sort of assistance. Precautions may be taken regarding the injection site and he may wish to be honest about his condition. If she finds him with a syringe in her bathroom she may have a poor reaction.

Raw, animal, passionate, no holds barred, ceiling staining, muscle pulling?  I think you are over-estimating what most providers are expecting from their appointments just a bit.  Any good provider will go with the flow and do her best to give you, within limits, what you are looking for.  If you have specific medical issues it may be a good idea to let her know in advance (without specific sexual references) what your situation is.

Thanks..Good point about the injection.. I have seen him around a pool a few times and the tubes were sort of hard not to look at.. He does very well wth his condition and is active.. some would say way too active.. so I will talk to a provider I see a lot who also works with someone else..

Wow, you guys are great. Thanks for the responses. The hernia was a hypothetical. The questions was more how you'd handle any medical limitations. You've answered the question better than I was able to ask it

.... and all kinds of other surgeries or conditions like herniated disck and more.  

I'm fully aware there are gentlemen for whatever reason or another might not be able to physically perform or at least can't deal with high-energy or rough stuff/totally fine.  I'm just as skilled with tender loving care and a soft touch .

Seek a graceful moving lady. Graceful movements are slow, deliberate and controlled. Jerky fast sloppy movement is not good to be around when you are delicate.

Sometimes soft and slow is just what you need.

Help some one enjoy themselves. Wether or not the guy is hard entire time doesnt matter. I d be understanding and I like peaceful relaxing slow sensual too.
