Sorry for any inconvience but I didn't want to have to close again and the lovely Gwen was kind enough to work all these hours on the phone. Also if you haven't used the service in a long time and she doest remember you because you have a different number, you will have to wait as she has specific instructions not to book anyone she doesn't 100 percent know. If you have sent me a request for verification and I have not gotten back to you, it is because I am in the hospital right now and I will be out for a few weeks. Gwen will be on phones but has no access to my email, and I would prefer if i did them myself to be on the safe side. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
