Depending on how small you are looking for, Darlene at Room Service might be just what you are looking for.  She fairly attractive, her breast are fairly non-existent, but nice big nipples.  And she is great in bed to boot.  Very much into what she does and enjoys her work.  Just my opinion.

I agree with a previous poster: Darlene (of Room Service) may meet your needs well.  However, be aware that she is more than 'small breasted'; she's truly 'flat chested'.
