It is hard to tell whether or not the ad is real, as there is no information available using the usual tools.  There were were no Tineye hits on the pics, no TER reviews linked to the phone number and a Google search on the phone number came up empty.  Unless I missed something, there is no donation mentioned in the ad, which makes me a bit suspicious of up-selling.
