You have to choose the girl and exact time in advance.  Your application gets confirmed or rejected by email to your work.

My application was rejected for lack of my work email.  They do not accept Whitelists or P411 for screening.  I don't understand how they can stay in business.

They also required a copy of my drivers license. At that point, I said no thank you.
