We are very unhappy with the way management has been handling ter as of late. I have seen this board change a lot over the years and lately the direction it has been taking is not very good. False reviews-shilling-favoritism ect .ect. ect.
We feel there is a very large conflict of interest right now in all cities but just take a look at the NY board where it is out in the open.
We are sad to say we have requested to be-listed from ter.

I looked at the NY board and didn't see the "obvious" conflict of interest to which you referred. Could you be more specific?
Since you're leaving TER, you might as well air the conflict publicly here. After all, the worst they could do is kick you off the board you're leaving anyway...
Looking at the posts daily I see a mix of clients and providers...I see a mix of announcements from local and national agencies...I see guys that had a good time, sharing it quickly before a girl leaves the area...and note to date my experience with these quick reviews are that they are accurate. When real reviews arrive they seem to match the minireview.
I think to drop a line like you did and not back it up is strange and as MG states: what do you have to lose since you have decided to leave anyway?
I saw a lot of conversation, accusations, the usual fun conversation using plays on words comparing shilling to a favorite pitcher here in Boston but I don't see what created your reaction in your post here. What do you know as "fact" that we don't know?
I can't get it why you are burning your bridges with a place that is filled with your clientele. I looked through the reviews of your girls and they look good...a couple of YMMV...but nothing out of the ordinary.
I wish you luck and prosperity but as someone that is on this board and checks the posts regularly I hate it when I might miss a possible ATF because they were not posted here.
In the time since I returned as NYC mod I have taken steps to reduce the so called shilling. Most would agree, there is a difference between this board and the NYC board. It takes time to effect change.
Perhaps you have communicated directly with Staff on this or other matters. I've never heard from you once on this or any other matter. It is curious that we only hear from you on the way out the door.
We have been communicating with staff thru the problem report area and have just gotten a bunch of BS. No return e-mails just declines. I have e-mailed admin and none of our e-mails ever returned
It is time to say good bye. And thirsty the boards you have taken care of, you have been very fair on.
I didn't mean to point out the NYC board. But there is a lot of problem fake reviews from competitors and way too much shilling from people getting discounts. It it is not just our problem it is all agency's and indys.
When TER does nothing to correct this time after time you just get tired of it.
Nobody benefits from this post all this post is to let are good clients know that we will no longer be on this board and to go to our site directly or get on our mailing list to find out who is going to be visiting.

I don't recall many posts by or about SFE on the Boston board. I do check out their page from time to time, and they don't send girls to Boston very often.
Not sure what regional board they are active on, because I only read Boston. But we all lose if they pull off their reviews. Maybe I'm missing something, but most of what I see on TER about SFE is positive not negative...so I don't understand why they want to leave.
Now let me get this straight. Your agency, which you refer to as a large agency, is in a field where it is only possible to operate by finding loopholes in the law. It is the great unsaid thing that you are purveying despite any such claims you may make to the opposite (nudge nudge wink wink, say no more)
Now, if we were to say, and of course we can’t say that here, but if we did, just as an example say that large agencies are operating illegal businesses across state lines a trade that was once known as white slavery. Quite possibly bringing in large amounts of cash and maybe, (not your agency of course) not reporting that income to the IRS. Alternatively, these large agencies may be acting as a conduit for funds from illicit sources (as in laundering cash) and basically operating on the fringes of legality. (whew)

any large city, including NYC, Boston, Chicago and LA and slug it out with agencies that work those cities. And if your site is to be believed, you should do well. Life is not fair often, I do not understand your complaint. Are you complaining because your ladies are not as hot as your site make it seem? If your complaint is valid and other agencies are offering discounts you need to realize that the majority of hobbyists do not make decisions based upon what a shill writes. We evaluate information and we make decisions. And believe it or not, we are fair and pay full price for the services that we get.
Not everyone wants a fake breasted woman with a bad all-year round tan. Just being honest. We tend to like the real things here. (Real meaning those who do not intend to not misrepresent themselves.) I am not stating that what you are saying is right or wrong. All I am stating is that you are surely throwing out the baby with the bathwater.. Sending girls here without TER is silly. Do you think the guys who will actually fess up, cough, and not choke up the dough go else where? Other boards are very street. So Please think before you burn, well you already have, this bridge. I was staying out of this one but I finished my math test early. There are some boards that scream shill shill shill more so than others.Boston men can usually see through the bs shill and selfposts and find the real thing. Sometimes you just have to ignore the bs and do your own thing and try to stay positive. There are great hobbyists in every market but we absolutely have some of the best in Boston.
I read a thing or two about Landman and Thirsty and Im betting that Capedude is hott stuff too.
Im just hoping their schedules don't fill up before I get the chance. Review to be posted in the proper place when done.LOL.

While I am fully aware of the situation you say precipitated this response by you, I have to wonder why you care? If the alleged favoritism is as true as the rumors suggest (which rarely is the case), what is the problem with that?
Shills exist. So what? Everyone who reads the reviews of shills recognizes it. Whether they do it for personal gain or under the direction of the provider/agency, there will always be posts of this type. Deal with it. Thirsty and moderators of other TER (and other) boards do a pretty good job of containing the shill problem anyways.
Favoritism exists. Every provider/agency has favorite clients, every hobbyist has favorite ladies. If I follow your lead, I should never visit a provider/agency that gave a better price to another hobbyist or had lower prices in another city.
Life is not so simple. We need to accept the things we cannot change and make the best of them. If indeed the agency you allege has such a relationship with this or any other board, that is life. Personally, I have never used that agency, partially because of that and other rumors. But, it does not mean I do not use TER.
SFE has always provided quality at a reasonable price. Allow yourself to be judged on your own...ignore the others.

More importantly, Wei makes many very interesting points. One of which is (and I paraphrase), Shills exist. So what? . . . Deal with it.

To a "large angency" from a "small" consumer. (I can hear it already guys) Many of us don't like the way "big business" has taken over America. Shit, you can go from Omaha to Portland Maine and have the same thing for dinner at the same drab restaurant and stay in the same drab hotel.

Ok, I'll admit it, I have complemented certain providers from a Boston Agency and a certain Indy in Philly.... I have also come to the defense of a provider in Philly who was hurt by a bad review.... I have also given a bad review... I also have a humongous crush on a provider... (But unlike a dog chasing a car, I know that once I catch it, what I will probably do, is to burn my nose on the tailpipe!).
Help me here, Was I shilling in doing the above or sharing my experinces? What is the purpose of TER - to share experiences, right? Before the internet and email and the estuff... what did hobbiests do to share info? They used a lot of very bad services - I know cause I did that! and believe me it was horrible....
Some agencies and Indys "get it." If your ads are accurate, your service good, your gals "into the hobby," and your price is reasonable then you will make money - not as much as some would like to think - but you will make some!
So to quote an old commercial, where's the beef?! You have posted your leaving note on several local boards... but with no info - who should we watch out for? me? cause I am complementary to some indy's and agencies? help us all here - we all want a "better board" but quite frankly - the board "as is" is already serving my purpose... so why is it not serving your purpose....
Your post may backfire... as I have been reading through the posts following your "announcement" and I gather that others are similarly concerned that you may protest too much - without specifics... My question to you - are the reviews about YOUR providers accurate? hope so - cause they sound good to me - and they always look great! Good luck.
I read that first paragraph and saw my own experiences... I read the rest of the post and realized probably most of us here are very similar.
A post may appear to be a shill but when you go to the reviews done by that person, find reviews for some of the same women you've seen, and they had the same experiences you had then you know the person is genuine and that their mini-review can be trusted.
There is BS everywhere in the world but the people here are smart consumers doing research and the fake stuff becomes very apparent.
All we were saying is we are not happy with the direction ter is going and wanted to be delisted. We have had a attach in reviews from who knows who. When our girls start getting bad reviews in cities where they were not even in that is a problem. Ter will not do anything about it.
When one of our girl gets a bad review and it is deserved oh well we talk to her and if she still gets bad reviews we replace her.
But when some of our best girls get bad reviews from a city she was not even in an we complain to ter and they do nothing about it we have a problem with that. That is why we have asked to be delisted.

at least in this area is GROWING. The other board is usually nothing but ad posts with an occasional commentary. I'm not knocking it, but this board (Boston) has taken on a life of it's own. Check it out. We have folks posting from all over the North East. We have a very fair moderator and minimal shills.

What makes you think there aren't false reviews on the other board too. Sometimes guys post them as an ego boost, like notches in the handle of their gun. So what, most of us can see right through that stuff. In fact, it's no different that using the Web or watching TV.
Does anyone here believe everything they see hear or read. I doubt it.
You leave us, you'll lose at least half of us as potential clients. That's OK, there is plenty out there competing with you, so we'll just call them.
and I always go to your link to read about your visiting providers. I have almost booked on several occasions, but the scheduling hasn't worked out.
TER is the only board I use. I do not like the other board at all and never go there anymore.
If you leave TER, you will lose me as a potential client. And no, I am not shilling for TER. It's just a fact that if I don't see ads here, I don't see them anywhere and I will never book with you.
One final point, most guys here are very smart and have great skill in navigating through the BS, bad reviews, and shilling. Don't get so worked up about it. Keep your name fresh in our minds and always let us know on TER when your girls are coming to Boston.
Truly, anything else is BS and we can handle it. Don't bite off your nose to spite your face.
