It could be that you mistyped a digit or didn't include the 4 digit code from the back of the card.

If you're still stuck, feel free to email me.

I guess a number of people are already jumping on board. (If you see anybody in the water, reach out a hand and pull them into the boat ;) The board software works a bit different. I'll leave it to you to decide if that's a good or a bad thing. Old threads with new replies DO NOT get bumped to the top of the message list. A couple of things you might want to try are

1. Use the "Find Message" tool to look for new messages since you last visited. I gave an overview of "Find Message" in a post this week. Of course, if you don't know how to use "Find Message," you may have trouble finding it ;)

2. Check the "Email me on response" box when you submit a message. This only works when someone replies under your post, (not for the entire thread).

All TER boards are moderated. Everyone starts out on Moderated status, which means that your post has to be approved before appearing on any of the boards. After posting you see a page that reads something like, "it may take up to 24 hours for your post to be approved." I'm usually online during the day, so it's much faster here. Many people are switched to Unmoderated status eventually. If I recognize you from your posting history at TBD, I tend to unmoderate a bit quicker.

If you have any questions, feel free to post here, (VIP members) send Private Mail (PM) or email me at [email protected]

BTW, VIP status at TER is a paid membership available to all.

Reviews must be submitted to the review area. Once again, they are moderated. They usually are approved within two days.

I'm new to this board and it will take me some time to get use to it.But thanks for the helpfull info.

I got a email from support at TER saying I got email on TER .So I go to TER to check the email. But when I clicked on it said I'd have to become a VIP member to read my email.I only thought VIP membership was for the guys only. Can providers become payed VIP members also?I emailed support asking but I have'nt gotten a reply yet.If a provider can become a payed member I will join. Also can you use a credit card to pay? I hate useing paypal, and I don't want to send a check. Thanks sweetie!

Ann,

VIP status gives you access to Private Mail, full access to reviews, provider favorites lists and probably a few other features that I can't remember. Put yourself on your favorites list and you'll get an email everytime somebody submits a new review. ;)

Yes you can pay by cc.
