Hobbyists will find ways to communicate and share info relative to ladies that are reliable and those that aren't.

Email and yahoo sites, etc., would become more prominent, perhaps, and facilitate the sharing of info between hobbyists and the ladies.

As in all service oriented business, word of mouth is the best source of referrals and business.  

The oldest profession will not return to the streets even without BP, Taz, and Eros.

The Powers that be can attempt to curtail the access of info by closing down CL, TER, etc, but there will always be Boards whose focus will be the appreciation of lovely & sexy women (for a fee).

Perhaps Facebook, MySpace, & Twitter are even, as we speak, morphing into the next generation of TER & BD!

calling classified ads from the weekly entertainment papers and opening the Yellow Pages in hotel rooms when I traveled on business.

I usually did very well.  Sometimes there was a clunker but more often than not I found a really nice gal.

Now, I don't know.  I already know so many gals that I won't have to go back to those methods, and often times those gals will introduce me to friends.

Then there's always the massage parlors.  I've found many long lasting relationships there.

Just wondering, if the internet busts and all erotic sites are terminated, would you still hobby. .

This means no reviews, only pictures and a phone number.

Trending now are preliminary talks of this type of micromanagement from outside agencies, but knowing that this business will always exist, I am just wondering how many of the people that are accustomed to reviews would still hobby.

I have sufficient access to sex with civies that are known and trusted that it would be difficult for me to justify substantive risk on unknown providers.

However, my introduction to the hobby was via referral-only ladies who don't advertise or have reviews. So I would consider seeing professionals if vouched for by a trustworthy source.

But as for opening up the yellow pages and letting my fingers do the walking? Nope. I used to use such a service to rent a stand-in for my first wife who refused to attend public events for me; but never for sex.
