I will be hanging out in Boston and wanted to know if there is any "must see" places and or restaurants I need to try while I am there. I am just wanting to make the most of my trip and hoping to get a feel for the East coast. Feel free to pm me privately xoxoxoxo sending out loves to Boston area!!!
If you like art, there's the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and around the corner from it, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. There's also the Institute for Contemporary Art down by the waterfront.
We have a pretty decent Aquarium, and Museum of Science also. If you like shopping, the Newbury Street area and Copley Place Mall are what you want to see. Lots of interesting old buildings to gaze at in back bay, the best being the Trinity Church in Copley Square, and the lobby of the Copley Plaza Hotel. The North End isn't too shabby either for that. Lots of good food all over the city from Italian in the North End to good seafood all along the waterfront. I like the Chart House personally. If you want a view of the tower from on high, the restaurant atop the Prudential Building serves a pretty decent meal these days. And for sports, you can't beat Fenway Park to see a ball game. Probably the best venue there is since it is so compact. That's for starters.
