It is a very well known service based in Chicago and you will get all the information you need.

THeir screening is fairly painless and the $50 is good, I think, forever.. Very fast too.. A provider I saw about 10 days ago insisted on it even thopugh I am screenedby P411

They charge providers too, so not many around here use it because there aren't enough clients using it to be worthwhile.  

I highly recommend and I mention it several times on my own website. It's very discrete, as nobody will ever know you're a member, unless you specifically tell someone you are. It is most popular in Chicago, but it also travels well.  Most ladies will accept.
As far as I know, she has never had any issues.  
Her database is encrypted.  IMO, Cathy is simply the best!!
