Same here - tried it, no luck. They apparently haven't implemented the standard IM features (such as with Trillian, YIM, Gmail Chat, etc) where registered/offline users are listed but with a greyed-out icon. I was thinking it would be fun to have IM chats with providers who were online. Oh well.

ive tried to go on, but not to sure on how to use it, and no one appears to be on.
