So I'm stuck in Ottawa for two days and decided to have some fun. Basically nothing off TER but well outcalls are legal in Canada   Well I checked out back page and got a hit, thinking outcalls are legal in Canada. Well I will admit I made her wait as I had issues with my bank (they flagged me being out if country). But got it fix and went back to the room. She was completely dead weight. No kissing and just lied there. So I sent her home.  I gave her 120, for her troubles but didn't want to bother because she was so stand of fish.

Sounds like the 120 was less than the advertised rate, and it sounds like you ended the session before the full hour was up, so you wasted as little of her time as possible.  Some providers for whatever reason think that the price of admission promises nothing more than basic access to Pleasure Park, and it's up to you to make your own fun while you're there.  I understand that some ladies may choose to (or need to) mentally check out while the guy is trying to get off.  But I've never seen an ad that truthfully warns prospective clients that the lady's 200-roses special includes "nudity and my physical presence only"; for the vast majority of guys, I think we assume and hope that there will be a little bit of mutuality, of engagement, even if we happen to figure out that there's some obvious play-acting going on.  So if I schedule an appointment with a lady and she turns out to be at the far end of the range of unabashed indifference, yeah, I would bring the date to an early close and send the lady away with the fraction of her hourly rate that she actually spent with me until I ended the date.  I wouldn't stiff her altogether (no pun intended), because she did travel to see me and she didn't deny me the ability to, er, use her naughty parts, as a kind  of real-life love-doll (and I understand some guys are into that sort of thing).  But since most ads promise a fun time or a great experience, etc., I would feel that she and I differed as to how much participation that implied by her, and so I would just split the difference, as he did, and chalk up the 120 as a loss to my finances and the remainder of the unpaid hourly fee would be a loss to her finances (and maybe an incentive for her to ramp up her act for future guys).
