Just a reminder that Threshold, L.A.'s non-profit, pansexual lifestyle BDSM club, will host their next vendor fair known as Bizarre Bazaar on November 6th in North Hollywood.

The event will have 30+ vendors selling all kinds of kinky toys and apparel at very reasonable rates, PLUS they will have a "sampler booth" area where you can get mini-demonstrations on various types of play that you might be curious about, including:

- shibari (rope bondage)

- cell popping

Cell popping is basically doing a brand with a heated needle. The needle is heated, then one dot at a time the design is burned into the flesh. A template of your design is used, and the cell popper just follows the template.

As a bottom, I drool over the thought of having this done, but I will be trying it out on myself before offering it up to any clients. From what I understand they are not meant to be permanent, but the brand that I have now wasn't supposed to be permanent, either, and I've had it for 6 years, so it is definitely something you have to commit to.
