I've tried two different brands of these. Neither worked well since both kept falling out right away. For once, I was trying so hard to keep a gag IN my mouth. It may work for someone with a smaller jaw. Good luck!
It appears like it could put pressure on and do damage to the TM joint. It at least could cause unintended and non sensual pain (think a restraint improperly buckled pinching skin) and worse do real damage.
Sorry but I am not into ball gags....drool all over the chest and eventually making a puddle on the floor is so NOT HOT......its always so pleasant to slip off my undies and stuff them in my pets mouth.
