I've had that happen. They probably decline it because the credit card approval is off shore. You can call the bank and ask them to temporarily relax that restriction for like 12-24 hours.  That's if you're comfortable with that from a security standpoint. There's always the ole pay by MO, but that takes 7-10 days.
