I use BP in different cities and have found some real gems. There are times that I don't want to see a well reviewed provider, and want some extra hunting excitement.

I don't think BP is a bad place to advertise as long as your screening procedures are in place. It is the providers who get sloppy and those who don't screen that are LE's primary catches regardless of where you are posting your ads.

You have other options, like cityvibe and Eros.

You can also post ads on TER i believe once a week. Also how is Atlanta not working out as planned? Do you mean Advertising, or clientele?

Ok I have had lots of input on getting myself out there. I know I refuse to use Backpage in my city. What is the opinion of Backpage. What are the good and bad experiences. I wasnt going to use it but I may not have a choice.

not sure why you may not have a choice, but I suspect you'll find an anti-backpage group of replies here. not held in kind regard on this board.

Be careful if you do decide to use because LE is definitely crawling all over BP.

It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish.  If you are trying to gain exposure then it is a great place to do so.  If you are looking for lots of same day appointments for "quick fixes" BP is where it is at.  However, if you are looking for good clients--they're on there but you will spent some time separating the wheat from the chaff.

BP is generally not something I am a fan of. I stay away from it. However Atlanta is not working out as planned. I'm very open to suggestions.

BP is the last place I would look for a quality provider or quality client.  Try posting a visiting ad on P411 or Date Check

Post one time with a nicely tailored ad.  We (Hobbyists) who tend to be the rather more desireable clients, will check BP once in awhile.  We can weed out the skanks from the true classy providers.  I have had the honor of spending time with Dedra... aaaaand she is true class, intelligent, the perfect idea of a gfe/pse escort.  You shouldn't NEED to post there... but try one time.  Stay the course.  Rome was not built in a day.  If you provide IT, they will come.  OK, enough with the cornyness...

I posted an ad on TER but it is so far down and I can't post another until the day before I leave. I came based on a great response I had to a post about being curious about Atlanta. However no one is actually scheduling appointment and showing up. I understand this is the risk of the business but right now I will be going back with a loss. My hotel is paid thru the week so I can't just pick up and leave . I am on city vibe and p411 . Eros wanted too much to do an ad for a week.

If Dedra is wondering about whether to post or not on BP, I would think she has not yet received enough interest to warrant the cost of traveling here.

If you're already locked in money wise with hotel and such and can't cancel, I would highly suggest an advert on eros...or cut your losses.

I have only tried three providers from bp, after careful research of my own.  Two of the three ended up being favorites who I visited multiple times.  Agree with the rest of comments that you absolutely must screen well.  Dedra, Saw your pics and reviews, and there is no reason why you should not eventually do well in Atlanta.  Good luck.

I know that some swear by BP.....but it's getting too risky.   You just don't know what you getting (that has many meanings!!!).......

BP is great.  I use them all the time and there is no more LE there than on any other site.  If you're careful, just as you would be here, you'll be fine.

if you use backpage and have a link to your website or to your reviews on TER I think it is a fine use of time.  It gets lots of traffic.  LE there?  So what, LE is everywhere.  Just be careful like you are with everything else and you will be fine.
