What happens to aging providers?

I was just wondering.  Most girls are in the 20s of course and could be in the business temporarily for school, excitement, quick cash, etc..  A good many are in their 30s and then start shaving off a couple years here and there as they progress to 40.  But what really happens to the ones who have been in the business for going on 20 years?  I know ATL has a select few older ladies.  Most others are gone.  Did they make enough to retire somewhere and live happily ever after?  Did they meet that handsome plastic surgeon?  Are they working at WalMart?
Do they just start running a service as a stepping stone for the younger new girls.

Don't know about the others, but I ended up in this business as a fluke, and certainly did not intend to stay in it as long as I have, but I enjoy what I do very much......I plan on  staying in the business until at least 45 if I can...Will never understand though why the providers feel they need to shave off a few yrs as they get older, my life really did not start until I was "39" and I am proud of being in my 40's....Most older providers do move on to careers as well as finding that special someone...But until I do I plan on having the time of my life doing what I love to do!!!...Just my 02

I'm seriously looking for an older (to quote Teri, a 'mature') provider who really isn't in the business any longer on a regular basis.  Someone who perhaps lost her 'youth' appeal but still looks good, is classy, slim, keeps herself up and because of economic reasons doesn't promote herself but is still enthusiastic and appreciative of a paying client.
