So called a well reviewed provider last week and could not believe the way she talked to me on the phone.  She had the TV blasting in the background, so I could hardly hear her.  I told her to turn it down cause I can't hear the address your giving me and she says "are you retarded?"

I was like "WOW!"  I have never had a lady say that to me.  I was just like forget it, but I really wanted to schedule a weekend appointment and cancel on her the last minute.  I didn't, but next time that happens.....

mean she had parents that taught her manners.
