I usually just get a hotel with a balcony.  It's become almost impossible to find a decent hotel anywhere that has rooms that you can smoke in.

my last vacation was Colorado for a week.  I noticed all 4 stars were closed in hotels rooms.  I hate that by the way, because it feels closed in and lonely, goes by to my provider days.  I have better luck with balconies 3.5 in big cities.  And I definitely wanted a balcony in Colorado  My experience is only dumps will allow you to smoke inside anymore and I wouldn't want to sleep in them.  All the nice amenities are not going to allow smoking inside.  And if you do, you may see a charge on your credit card to clean room.  I go to a Mardi Gras party in downtown Atlanta every year and there is one hotel that will usually upgrade me to a corner suite that has a nice balcony because they have a hard time booking it that time of year.

Yeah man these days if a room is smoking it's shit. I was in Chicago last week and they have some couple hotels that are so nice and romantic and let you smoke. Atlanta needs more fun things like that.
