I'm going to have to say that my favorite bj's involve lots of hand/eye/mouth co-ordination. I love it when a girl really knows how to use her hands. If it's all mouth it's just not as great for me.

I have to agree in part with der.  However, I firmly believe the hands were meant to squeeze the boys.  That helps her drain the lines completely dry.  I guess the first lady who showed me how she did that must've been married to a plumber.
