Ladies, please e-mail me for the details of a REGULAR client who has HIV! I have all of his info, but of course I can't post it here. Please share this info with as many providers as you can! He lives in Atlanta, but travels extensively, and is now in VEGAS!
DANGEROUS!

Any hobbyist who does not get tested regularly or who does have an STD, especially this one, has a loaded gun that is pointed at all of our heads.

If you have absolute proof on this one, and he stays in the hobby, I think he should be outed.

but in this case, if you do indeed have proof a call to the authorities would be more appropriate. This is a matter of life and death, it should be taken seriously.

This is a public health issue.  Are you absolutely sure?  Do you have proof?  If so, he shouldn't be "outed" on the board, he should definitely be reported to the CDC? or another public health agency.

No, he should NOT be "outed" on a public board, not be reported to the CDC.  He's just one of MANY who have the virus.  The only thing that should happen is the ladies backchannel the info to protect themselves.
Having HIV is not a crime, so you do not call "authorities"
How know he has it? Did he tell you? Was this secong-hand information? If it's second hand, it's not 100% reliable so even more reason to be careful about outing somebody because if it's not true, there's no reason to do it!

....Additionally, if criminal prosecution is unsuccessful, someone who knowingly exposes others to a contagious, terminal disease can fall subject to a serious civil suit.

I don't agree with him being "outed"- the allegation is technically currently unsubstantiated.

However, if someone has definitive proof that he has the virus and is engaging in risky behaviors with sex workers it is dangerous for us all.

Though most of us use protection, in a "GFE" world there are enough instances of slippage, failure and outright clandestine BBFS that occur that if a client or provider are intentionally neglecting to disclose their condition it endangers an entire adult community.

You must be joking, it has to be on heck of back channel. First, this person is seeing providers, he has already proved, he doesn't care about others.

Yes, it is crime and should be reported to authorities.

I am doing and posting all that I can "legally" post.  I would not put myself out there to make such an accusation if it weren't real...  This is serious, and if the "victims" would go to the police and press charges then he would go to jail, but so far nothing...  So, all I can do is spread the word.  It's now up to the ladies to take the necessary precautions.

I will say that the providers in question are retired and even out of the state at this point, so no worries there.

Ladies and gentlemen, we can NEVER be too cautious of this disease, or ANY disease for that matter.  Diseases like Herpes and Genital Warts (HPV) run rampant in our community and even a condom does not protect from that 100%.  There could be sores at the base of the shaft, on the anus, or even in the pubic area.  So many diseases are so easy to catch, but the deadly ones are the ones we REALLY need to be careful of.  So, I'm trying to do my part.  Take the information and do with it what you will...

I wish you all the best, safest, and happiest new year!  KISSES!

The public STD clients in Atlanta do not test for Herpes. They are afraid to test folks knowing that folks would freak out to find out how many have herpes.

Make sure that you get tested in a paid private STD testing place.

I hope the laws are more stringent here in the U.S.
They were someone's daughters.
I would have to kill him if it were a child of mine.
Men give women HIV in the civvie world just like this all the time.
They give it to their wived and girlfriends.
many men are NOT keeping up with testing.
They feel that they are not having sex with women who would be infected and therefore realy don't need it because all of the workers are getting tested.
They are mostly in denial and are generally uncomfortable with being tested.
In my opinion the mne are hugeluy in denial.
There are some younger people who feel that condoms aren't necesrry because ,"there is teatment avaible" as I was actually told to my horror.

I for one do not want to see ladies this guy is seeing.  But it appears that you're only willing to help ladies avoid catching something from him?

both sexes are guilty. In this case it is a man who is allegedly putting many, many lives at risk. Hooker with a heart is correct, it is a crime. It can and should be prosecuted for all of our proteciton. If the name of the person is ever divulged to me and if there is no doubt as to his guilt I would go to the authorities without a moments hesitation.

he has no review history or whitelist referrals.  I was hoping to find out more info with his TER handle, but no such luck of where he has been.  Obviously somewhere without condom protection and you are right, this is scary shit!  Madison

I was just wondering how were you able to find out that he has HIV,  If the providers that saw him are out of town or retired.   How did they find out and also how did they link it to him. Also why did it take so long to find out that he had it. And if he had it why did it take so long to come on the board to tell us. It would seem you have known for a little while if the "providers no longer live here or retired"  It would make more sense to me if they were active and knew very quickly.  And furthermore you said it was a regular client of yours. So if he is so regular why has he only seen providers that have already moved or retired. then why was this not up on boards already.  It just seems strange to me it is just now coming out but he has not seen one of your providers in a while.

   thx

then I would think posting his TER handle (and not the personal information) would be an acceptable compromise. This situation is not limited to the ladies only but also the gentlemen who spend time with the ladies.

As always, be SAFE and have fun

...a crock of shit.  Perhaps perpetrated by the original poster, or perhaps a result of the original poster's naivete (believing this information having obtained it secondhand).  If it were the OP's desire to be taken seriously and protect the readers, he or she would have included additional information to validate this claim.

I have been asking myself some of the same questions. It does make more sense to ask them of Kayla.

What about it Kayla???

Public health laws require the notification of all sexual partners when an std is found especially HIV so it only makes sense that whomever he has possibly infected has been contacted by a health department etc ..
I'm not saying that is what happened but it is very likely.
In any event I agree that this guys TER Handle should be revealed so that anyone who he has had contact with can be tested immediately.

Would you prefer that less providers have this information??? Yes, it might be 'easier' or more 'comfortable' for this to be kept  under wraps, but ultimately that puts our entire community at a substantially greater risk.

Fact_Or_Fiction 2585 reads

...he has NO reviews and NO white-lists. So knowing anything about him does absolutely nothing for you nor does it benefit you in ANY way!!!! On the other hand, this information is extremely beneficial for a provider. By having information that allows us to identify this 'gentleman', providers are able to recognize him and avoid scheduling with him. Which in-turn keeps us ALL safer.

And it's not like anything is really a secret in this community. Everyone gossips and runs their mouths about everything under the sun. Rather than whining "well what about us guys?"...you could have back-channeled/ask around and I'm sure you would have gotten what you were looking for in less time than it took you to read this entire thread from start to finish!!!

As a hobbiest, the smartest thing you can do at this point is to go and get tested. And then take stock of your situation. No one is forcing you to play this game and the risks have always been there. ...The choice is yours and yours alone.

First, I said he was a regular client, but I should have clarified that he regularly sees escorts from all of the services.  His preference seems to be Craigs List.

I have done my research before posting anything, and he dated (was first a client, then dated) someone I knew...  Get the picture?

Do I have hardcore concrete evidence that I can take to the police or the CDC?  No.  But I have enough circumstantial evidence to feel confident to share with other providers.

I don't know who all he's seen but I know he's seen probably hundreds through the years...  All I can do is what I am doing.  The rest is up to the ladies to steer clear.
